Life NZ was moving venues and had the opportunity to build on a site in Mt Eden, Auckland. Part of the builder was a refurbishment of an existing warehouse as well as a new build. A careful thought process had to be considered when working with the many service penetrations through the existing and the new roof.

In order to reduce heat loss, Nuralite Nuratherm was used to provide a full layer of insulation on top of the existing roof. Nuratherm is made up of 2 layers of waterproofing, PIR insulation & a vapour barrier. The new roof received a double layer torch on Nuralite 3PM.
